Email info@sweet-e.com with your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything.

Items submitted for a standard return should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will confirm eligibility and the applicable instructions before the return is sent.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you purchased, contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

The refund method, eligible amount and any applicable shipping costs are confirmed as part of the return approval. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
